Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

All orders are placed on a 24-hour hold to allow for order modifications or cancellations. Packaging and courier scheduling begin after this 24-hour window, with carrier pickup typically occurring on the next business day (1–2 business days processing time).

Once picked up, shipments are typically delivered within 3–5 business days (total estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days across India).

Note: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days. Delivery timelines may occasionally be extended due to regional courier delays or severe weather conditions.

Tracking Your Order:
You will receive a AWB number to track your item once the product has been shipped. 

Shipping Charges:

  • Prepaid orders: FREE Shipping on orders valued at ₹750 or above.

  • COD: A partial payment of 10% of the product value + ₹70 Delivery & COD Handling Fee is required in advance to confirm your Cash on Delivery (COD) order. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery.

  • WhatsApp COD: To confirm your Cash on Delivery (COD) order via WhatsApp, an advance payment of 10% of the product value, along with a ₹70 Delivery & COD Handling Fee, is required. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery.

Order Processing & Dispatch:

All orders are processed from our operational office in Madhyamgram, Kolkata, India. 

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Saturdays or on Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/Email to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Kolkata: 2–3 business days.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days. (Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather or carrier delays.)
  • Average Estimated Delivery time with 5 - 7 business days.

Delays:

Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, delivery timelines are subject to the courier’s operations and circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, holidays and festivals, transportation disruptions, and regional or government restrictions. We’ll do our best to assist and help resolve any delays.

Failed Delivery Attempts:
Our delivery partners will make at least three attempts to deliver your package before returning it to us. Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the zip code and mobile number, to facilitate prompt delivery. The package will only be handed over after OTP verification is completed on the registered mobile number

Payment Methods:
We accept payments through a third-party payment gateway at checkout. For shipping within India, we accept all major debit and credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa,American Express, Rupay), net banking options across major banks, and UPI and QR code payments.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Free Shipping is not applicable to COD orders. A ₹70 Delivery & COD Handling Fee applies to all COD orders, along with an advance payment of 10% of the product value. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery.
