We provide delivery services across India through registered courier companies. Our partners are top rated shipping company in India.

Delivery Time:

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days for standard deliveries.

Tracking Your Order:
You will receive a AWB number to track your item once the product has been shipped. 

Shipping Charges:

We offer a simplified flat-rate shipping model to keep things transparent for our customers:

  • Within Kolkata: ₹50 flat per order.

  • Rest of India: ₹100 flat per order.

Note: While shipping costs for us may vary based on product weight and distance, we maintain these flat rates to provide you with the best value.

Order Processing & Dispatch:

All orders are processed from our operational office in Madhyamgram, Kolkata, India. 

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Saturdays or on Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/Email to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Kolkata: 1–3 business days.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–8 business days. (Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather or carrier delays.)

Failed Delivery Attempts:
Our delivery partners will make at least three attempts to deliver your package before returning it to us. Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the zip code and mobile number, to facilitate prompt delivery. The package will only be handed over after OTP verification is completed on the registered mobile number

Payment Methods:
We accept payments through a third-party payment gateway at checkout. For shipping within India, we accept all major debit and credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa,American Express, Rupay), net banking options across major banks, and UPI and QR code payments.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
We offer cash on delivery or COD for our products.
