Ordering and Shipping
Q: How can I place an order?A: You can place an order directly through our website. First, you need to sign up to create an account and use a valid email address to receive a confirmation. Once the account has been created, log in with your verified email. Browse our collection, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, QR code payment and popular digital wallets. For more details, please refer to our payment options at checkout. Please note that we use 3d secure third-party payment gateway system for collecting payments.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, we are not offering international shipping at this moment. We provide shipping only in India.
Q: Is shipping charges free in India?
A: No, shipping charges is not free with every item. Items valued more than 750 rupees are free of shipping charges. Items under 750 rupees will calculate and add shipping charges at the time of check out.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders within India are delivered within 7-14 business days; you will receive AWB number to track your package once the products (s) has been dispatched.
