Refund & Return Policy

At Manvi Fashion Jewellery, We offer high-quality products designed just for you. We  have exchange and return policy but we do not offer any refund.

For a return to be accepted, the item must remain in new, unused, and unworn condition, with tags intact and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return & Exchange Norms:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours at support@manvi.co.in or WhatsApp: 70440 29872 for return.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory.
  • Product should remain new, unused and unworn condition.
  • Do not remove the price tag from the product.
  • Return the product in its original package.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Customer is responsible for returning product
  • Exchange is not applicable for discounted products.
  • Returns will not be taken for Cash on delivery.
  • Shipping charges may apply for exchange product dispatch.
  • If you are eligible for exchange then the product exchange will be done with in 5 - 10 days.

How to return:

The customer is responsible for returning the product. The customer should return the item using a reliable courier service, ensuring it is packed in the original materials with the warranty tag intact and proof of purchase. Customer must share the AWB number of the shipment,

Note: If the returned product is lost or damaged during transit, no exchange will be granted.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, our quality team will need 2-3 business days to perform a detailed inspection. An exchange will be authorized only after the product has passed inspection.

Once the quality check is complete, we will dispatch the replacement items.

Door Step Pickup:

The door step pickup for a return product is only applicable If you receive the wrong product or the product is damaged during transit.

Manvi Fashion Jewellery reserves the right to reject any product that doesn't meet above conditions.

Note: Each customer is eligible for only one return

Cancellation:

You must cancel the order within 24 hours before we dispatch the product (s) for shipment, Please contact us via email at [support@manvi.co.in] or WhatsApp at 70440 29872.

The following conditions do not qualify for returns or exchanges:

  • Products purchased with discounts or promotional offers (including coupon codes) are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns based on size issues are not accepted, as size details are clearly outlined in the product description.
  • Exchanges due to color variations are not permitted, as colors may appear differently depending on device settings and screen resolutions.
